Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAI14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,609 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAI14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cell-matrix adhesion, Positive regulation of cytoskeleton organization, and Positive regulation of stress fiber assembly. Each is linked with RAI14 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAI14-to-partner and partner-to-RAI14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of cell-matrix adhesion grouped by RAI14-low versus RAI14-high in BONE.
