RAI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,988 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASF1B, NUF2, and SMYD2. Each is linked with RAI1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAI1-to-partner and partner-to-RAI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASF1B grouped by RAI1-low versus RAI1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
