RAG2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,244 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAG2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VEZF1, UPP1, and ZNF768. Each is linked with RAG2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAG2-to-partner and partner-to-RAG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAG2 versus VEZF1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
