RAET1L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAET1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 709 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAET1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP72, AKR1B10P2, and MIR3621. Each is linked with RAET1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAET1L-to-partner and partner-to-RAET1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP72 grouped by RAET1L-low versus RAET1L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAET1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAET1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
