RAET1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAET1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,231 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAET1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of apoptotic signaling pathway, Regulation of apoptotic signaling pathway, and Negative regulation of molecular function. Each is linked with RAET1L in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAET1L-to-partner and partner-to-RAET1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of apoptotic signaling pathway grouped by RAET1L-low versus RAET1L-high in STOMACH.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAET1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAET1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
