RAET1L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAET1L mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,200 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAET1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are HELB, DTL, and VAPA. Each is linked with RAET1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAET1L-to-partner and partner-to-RAET1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HELB grouped by RAET1L-low versus RAET1L-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAET1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAET1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
