Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAET1E Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAET1E data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RAET1E Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAET1E expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BLCA, UCS, and SKCM are the cancer types where RAET1E Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
