RAET1E

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAET1E RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,261 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAET1E-associated proteins across cancer lineages are S100A14, CAST, and MOGS. Each is linked with RAET1E in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAET1E-to-partner and partner-to-RAET1E results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAET1E versus S100A14 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAET1E→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAET1E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
