RAET1E

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAET1E mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 358 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAET1E-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1179, C5orf66-AS2, and RPL23AP90. Each is linked with RAET1E in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAET1E-to-partner and partner-to-RAET1E results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1179 grouped by RAET1E-low versus RAET1E-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAET1E→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAET1E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
