Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD54L2P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,344 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAD54L2P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Polyprenol metabolic process, Peptidyl-lysine modification, and Mitochondrial translation. Each is linked with RAD54L2P1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD54L2P1-to-partner and partner-to-RAD54L2P1 results are reported.
