Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAD54L2P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RAD54L2P1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RAD54L2P1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAD54L2P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as TGCT and HNSC show a favorable association.

LUAD, ACC, and SKCM are the cancer types where RAD54L2P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
