Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAD52 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAD52 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RAD52 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAD52 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUAD are the cancer types where RAD52 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
