RAD52

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAD52 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAD52-associated genes across cancer lineages are H1-1, HSFY1, and SLC15A5. Each is linked with RAD52 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD52-to-partner and partner-to-RAD52 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H1-1 grouped by RAD52-low versus RAD52-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAD52→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAD52) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
