RAD51C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD51C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,419 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAD51C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COIL, UBE2T, and TK1. Each is linked with RAD51C in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD51C-to-partner and partner-to-RAD51C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAD51C versus COIL in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAD51C→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAD51C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
