The most reproducible RAD51C-associated genes across cancer lineages are KPNA2, DEPDC1, and TRIP13. Each is linked with RAD51C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD51C-to-partner and partner-to-RAD51C results are reported.
