RAD51AP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD51AP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,734 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAD51AP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRM1, RRM2, and SMC2. Each is linked with RAD51AP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD51AP1-to-partner and partner-to-RAD51AP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAD51AP1 versus RRM1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAD51AP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAD51AP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
