Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD50 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,225 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAD50-associated genes across cancer lineages are NKAPD1, MRE11, and C11orf1. Each is linked with RAD50 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD50-to-partner and partner-to-RAD50 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAD50 versus NKAPD1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAD50→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAD50) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
