RAD23A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD23A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,411 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAD23A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAVER1, TRIR, and TRMT1. Each is linked with RAD23A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD23A-to-partner and partner-to-RAD23A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAD23A versus RAVER1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAD23A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAD23A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
