Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD23A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,755 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAD23A-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNASE1L3, GCDH, and EIF3G. Each is linked with RAD23A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD23A-to-partner and partner-to-RAD23A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAD23A versus DNASE1L3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAD23A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAD23A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
