Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD23A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAD23A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH2, VHL, and IGFBP2. Each is linked with RAD23A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD23A-to-partner and partner-to-RAD23A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH2 grouped by RAD23A-low versus RAD23A-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAD23A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAD23A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
