Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAD23A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,298 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAD23A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of glycolytic process through fructose-6-phosphate, Negative regulation of glycolytic process through fructose-6-phosphate, and Negative regulation of protein localization to chromatin. Each is linked with RAD23A in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD23A-to-partner and partner-to-RAD23A results are reported.
