Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD21L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,594 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAD21L1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic cytokinesis, Endosomal transport, and Cytoskeleton-dependent cytokinesis. Each is linked with RAD21L1 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD21L1-to-partner and partner-to-RAD21L1 results are reported.
