Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAD21L1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RAD21L1 data layer compared with 3 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RAD21L1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAD21L1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and SCLC show a favorable association.
KIRC, CESC, and LUAD are the cancer types where RAD21L1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
