Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD21L1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,000 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAD21L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3159, RNY1P1, and RNU6-1064P. Each is linked with RAD21L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD21L1-to-partner and partner-to-RAD21L1 results are reported.
