Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,333 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAD1P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CADM3, IFI16, and MARCHF1. Each is linked with RAD1P2 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD1P2-to-partner and partner-to-RAD1P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAD1P2 versus CADM3 in PCPG, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
