Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAD1P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RAD1P2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher RAD1P2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAD1P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and LUAD show a favorable association.

KICH, SKCM, and LUAD are the cancer types where RAD1P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
