RAD18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,589 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAD18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC2, NCL_S67, and CDK1. Each is linked with RAD18 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD18-to-partner and partner-to-RAD18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAD18 versus SMC2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAD18→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAD18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
