Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAD18 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,899 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAD18-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDK4, WIPI1, and ELOA. Each is linked with RAD18 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD18-to-partner and partner-to-RAD18 results are reported.
