Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD17 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,214 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAD17-associated genes across cancer lineages are GTF2H2C, MRPS27, and GFM2. Each is linked with RAD17 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD17-to-partner and partner-to-RAD17 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAD17 versus GTF2H2C in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAD17→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAD17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
