RAD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,770 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR70, MCM3, and PAIP1. Each is linked with RAD1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAD1-to-partner and partner-to-RAD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAD1 versus WDR70 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
