RACK1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RACK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,040 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RACK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHDC1, GPIHBP1, and SECISBP2L. Each is linked with RACK1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RACK1-to-partner and partner-to-RACK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RACK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RACK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
