Across TCGA patient cohorts, RACK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,257 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RACK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4C9P, MRPS5P4, and SERPINB8P1. Each is linked with RACK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RACK1-to-partner and partner-to-RACK1 results are reported.
