Across TCGA cell cohorts, RACK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,012 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RACK1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA 5'-end processing, Mitochondrial disulfide relay system, and Protein import into mitochondrial intermembrane space. Each is linked with RACK1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RACK1-to-partner and partner-to-RACK1 results are reported.
