RAC3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAC3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,113 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CASKIN1, GARNL3, and RNF165. Each is linked with RAC3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAC3-to-partner and partner-to-RAC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAC3 versus CASKIN1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
