Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,033 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAC3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleotide biosynthetic process, Regulation of peptidyl-tyrosine phosphorylation, and Purine ribonucleotide biosynthetic process. Each is linked with RAC3 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAC3-to-partner and partner-to-RAC3 results are reported.
