RAC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB4, STRA8, and ZNF804B. Each is linked with RAC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAC3-to-partner and partner-to-RAC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGEB4 grouped by RAC3-low versus RAC3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
