RAC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 314 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTL3P, RNU4-41P, and RNU6-1225P. Each is linked with RAC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAC2-to-partner and partner-to-RAC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTL3P grouped by RAC2-low versus RAC2-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
