RAC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,645 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GARS1, FSCN1, and ITGB8. Each is linked with RAC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAC1-to-partner and partner-to-RAC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAC1 versus GARS1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
