Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,777 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCR1, FFAR2, and ADGRE3. Each is linked with RAC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAC1-to-partner and partner-to-RAC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAC1 versus CXCR1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.
