Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RABL2A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RABL2A data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RABL2A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RABL2A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, LIHC, and SKCM are the cancer types where RABL2A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
