RABL2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RABL2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,241 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RABL2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TSN, TSNAX, and RO60. Each is linked with RABL2A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RABL2A-to-partner and partner-to-RABL2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RABL2A versus TSN in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RABL2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RABL2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
