Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RABL2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,445 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RABL2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP1R32, MAPK15, and LRRC23. Each is linked with RABL2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RABL2A-to-partner and partner-to-RABL2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RABL2A versus PPP1R32 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RABL2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RABL2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
