Across TCGA patient cohorts, RABL2A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RABL2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, PCNA, and Syk. Each is linked with RABL2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RABL2A-to-partner and partner-to-RABL2A results are reported.
