Across TCGA cell cohorts, RABL2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,486 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RABL2A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cilium-dependent cell motility, Cilium movement involved in cell motility, and Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility. Each is linked with RABL2A in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RABL2A-to-partner and partner-to-RABL2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cilium-dependent cell motility grouped by RABL2A-low versus RABL2A-high in OESOPHAGUS.
