Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RABGGTB Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RABGGTB data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher RABGGTB Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RABGGTB expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

SARC, LIHC, and SKCM are the cancer types where RABGGTB Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
