Across TCGA patient cohorts, RABGGTB mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RABGGTB-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Notch1, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with RABGGTB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RABGGTB-to-partner and partner-to-RABGGTB results are reported.
