Across TCGA cell cohorts, RABGGTB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,233 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RABGGTB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of rRNA processing, Positive regulation of translational elongation, and IMP biosynthetic process. Each is linked with RABGGTB in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RABGGTB-to-partner and partner-to-RABGGTB results are reported.
