RABGGTB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RABGGTB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 166 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RABGGTB-associated genes across cancer lineages are GKN1, OR52E4, and ZCCHC13. Each is linked with RABGGTB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RABGGTB-to-partner and partner-to-RABGGTB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GKN1 grouped by RABGGTB-low versus RABGGTB-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RABGGTB→partner) and Y-score (partner→RABGGTB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
