Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RABGGTA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,878 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RABGGTA-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLA1, THADA, and MSH6. Each is linked with RABGGTA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RABGGTA-to-partner and partner-to-RABGGTA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RABGGTA versus POLA1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RABGGTA→partner) and Y-score (partner→RABGGTA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
