Across TCGA cell cohorts, RABGGTA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,187 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RABGGTA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein linear polyubiquitination, Lysosome organization, and Lytic vacuole organization. Each is linked with RABGGTA in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RABGGTA-to-partner and partner-to-RABGGTA results are reported.
